Aqua Sealer is mildew resistant and waterproofing. Apply to: wood, paint, hardboard, or masonry, porcelain, formica, fiberglass, glass, tile, aluminum, steel and more.

Mildew Resistant Waterproofing Aqua Sealer is a high performance mildew resistant water based Bonder as well as Primer/Sealer which provides exceptional adhesion to "Mold and Mildew Prone" or "Hard to Paint" surfaces and can solve many painting problems.

Aqua Sealer can be used for both exterior and interior applications, and can be used with Oil/Alkyd, Latex, Urethane, Epoxy and Lacquer topcoats.

Aqua Sealer is an ideal prime coat for Tile, Glass, Fiberglass, Some Plastics, Wallboard, Wood Ferrous, Metals and Non-Ferrous Metals, Formica, Plaster and Caulk. Because there are many types of surfaces, plastics and composite materials, always test a small area first for adhesion and topcoat compatibility.

On extremely porous surfaces a second coat of Aqua Sealer may be needed prior to applying top coat. In cases of severe staining, use Oxygenics 2002 to remove any discoloration from mold and mildew, and allow at least 12 hours contact treatment time to return surface to original shade before priming with Aqua Sealer.

Aqua Sealer has been pretreated with a Lechenya Meera Sealant Solution 2001, and is ready for application by spray, roller or brush. No thinning is required. If tinting is required, universal tinting colors may be used. Do not exceed 2 oz of tint per gallon. Shake or mix before using.
